4. Cheque

   To pay by cheque please make it payable to ‘Crown Resorts re Crown Points Club’ entering your
   membership number on the back and post to us (please note our new address below).

5. Direct Debit
   If you have a UK Bank Account and you wish to commence paying by Direct Debit
   please contact Crown Points Club by email to crownpoints@crownresorts.com
   or by post for further information. Direct debits are collected by Levellight Limited,
   in association with Crown Points Club.
